Delivery of goods within Mainland England, Wales & Southern Scotland is FREE on all orders* over £50 and either £4.95 or £7.95 (depending on size, cost shown at checkout) on all orders up to £49.99. We aim to despatch all 'In Stock' orders within 48 hours. We use Royal Mail/APC for small items and DPD or UK Mail local for larger shipments. *All items of furniture will usually incur an extra charge for delivery. DPD will deliver from Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.

Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.

In cases where a delivery has been refused. The consignment is returned to the sender ( We will then wait for you to contact us, to decide if the consignment is still wanted or not.

Collect in Store

All items ordered Online can be collected from our Croydon store FREE OF CHARGE. You will need to bring the card you paid with and 1 form of ID showing your current address or 2 pieces of identification showing your address if you have paid by Paypal.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, it will show as ’Available to Pre-Order’. We will back order for you and advise you by email of an approximate delivery date.Most orders will be fulfilled within 30 days. In cases were you would like an item shipped sooner, that is linked to an order for item that there is a wait which is previously stated on our website, there may a shipping charge which will be advised upon request.

Posting and Packaging

Here at Baby Nest we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box.

Additional Charges

We will only deliver goods to the billing address on the order. Deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands & Highlands incur an extra charge, and we will contact you to discuss this. Also post codes that are excluded:

Please note as a result of the new customs regulations following brexit, we no longer ship to Northern Ireland so will be unable to fulfill any orders made to this address.

Please note as we are closed for Christmas from Wednesday 22nd December until Monday 27th December, any orders placed after Tuesday 21st December 12pm will be despatched on a next working day delivery from Wednesday 29th December onwards.
