Our designated courier Interlink Express will deliver your order on a next working day delivery service as soon as the item is despatched. Interlink Express will deliver from Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). Interlink Express will provide you with a one hour delivery time window on the day of delivery. If no one is available for delivery at the address, Interlink will leave a card with the option to have the order redelivered on a day that is suitable for you and also allow you the option to collect from the local depot. Smaller Items may be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which is usually on a next working day delivery service.
In cases where a delivery has been refused. The consignment is returned to the sender (baby-nest.co.uk). We will then wait for you to contact us, to decide if the consignment is still wanted or not.
We will only deliver goods to the billing address on the order. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands & Highlands incur an extra charge, and we will contact you to discuss this. Also post codes that are excluded:
